Kevin brings a breadth of managerial experience to Spilsby's Sessions House project, having worked in prison and probation management, central government and the voluntary sector for nearly 30 years. He has a strong track record in operational management, strategic development and delivering large organisational change. Kevin has held senior roles in the National Offender Management Service. He has governed three prisons, been Operations Director for Nacro (a crime reduction charity with a turnover of more than £60m), been chief executive of Nacro Housing and has advised Ministers on policy and practice. Kevin is an expert on designing and implementing programmes to reduce re-offending. He is also a non-executive Director of the Lincolnshire Community Health Services NHS Trust. With a professional life connected to the theatre's history, and as a fellow of the Royal Society of Arts, Kevin brings a positive, innovative approach to developing Spilsby's Sessions House project.
